Licensing Categories

Artist Recording License

This license grants permission to record and commercially release a composition from The 814 Project catalog. License terms are determined based on scope, territory, exclusivity, and distribution plan. Publishing remains administered by T8P Publishing BMI unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

Sync License

This license grants permission to synchronize a composition with visual media including film, television, advertising, online content, or branded media. Fees vary based on media type, distribution platform, duration, and territory.

Master Use License

For released works owned by The 814 Project LLC, a master use license may be required in addition to a sync license. Master and publishing rights are controlled by The 814 Project LLC and T8P Publishing unless otherwise stated.

Exclusivity

Exclusive licenses may be considered on a case by case basis. Terms, duration, and territory are subject to written agreement.

All licensing agreements are executed in writing. No rights are granted without a signed agreement.
